Design Your Own Enagement Rings

Learn How To Design Your Own Engagement Rings

If you really want to do something unique and special for yourself and/or loved one, you should design your own engagement rings.  Your rings are going to be with you for life, so you might as well make sure it's the perfect ring for you and your fiancee.

How do you go about designing your own engagement rings?  Well, first you want to find a reputable jeweler that not only has a great selection and quality, but also competitive prices.  There are several online that you can look at before making your decision.

After you have settled on a jeweler, you need to do the actual designing of the engagement rings.

This is the fun part!

Typically, you start with picking the stone first, but if you would like to choose a setting first that is fine as well.

If you have trouble 'matching' certain stones with the alloy settings, simply ask the jeweler for help.  A knowledgable jeweler will know which colors and sizes work best.  However, you also want to keep in mind that whatever design you choose should match the other jewelry and style that your significant other tends to wear, which will eventually include the wedding ring (if you decide to wear both rings).

Designing your own engagement ring can be a little more expensive than picking a ring that is already pre-made, but it is definitely worth the investment.  This is the ring that shows your undying love for one another, so a little extra money and effort will go a long way.

Trust me when I say your future wife will adore the ring so much more just because you took the time and made the effort to design it yourself. It makes it much more special and you won't be sorry.

I designed my own ring and saved $1500.00 by going through Blue Nile. You can read more about how I did it by clicking here.

Good luck!
